Our delivery fee is $60.00 flat rate within 100 kilometres from our warehouse in Delta, British Columbia. Delivery fee beyond this distance is $100.00 flat rate. These rates apply when items are purchased directly through our website.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PICK UP PURCHASE FROM WAREHOUSE?
Yes, 👍🏽 we offer the option to pick-up during business hours Monday to Friday. Please indicate if you would like to pick order up at check out along with desired time and instructions will be given.

HOW IS RATTAN FURNITURE PROPERLY CLEANED?
According a quick Google search and our personal knowledge; To effectively clean rattan furniture, start by removing loose dust and debris with a soft brush or vacuum attachment. For a deeper clean, mix a mild soap with warm water and use a soft cloth to gently wipe down the furniture. Rinse thoroughly and dry the furniture to prevent water damage.

Although we are proudly 🇨🇦 owned, all of our raw materials are ethically sourced in Southeast Asia. After passing our rigorous quality control process, products are then lovingly handmade at our small factory. We believe in fair trade and team work.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not offer refunds due to delicate and bespoke nature of our items. We gladly offer an exchange if any damage is caused during shipping.
